Start with the video tutorials on blackmagics site. As you start learning and want more then go through the books.

If you think davinci is hard it took me a year to get going on premiere. Davinci was easy in comparison. But then things like video formats, etc were the really hard things to learn. If I can help let me know, im a little rusty but happy to help if I can.
