I have been craving sweet and sour chicken but didn't want to have to take my Gluten Cutter pills. Found a recipe and after we destroyed the kitchen (we are good about cleaning up along the way) we have a wonderful Gluten Free Sweet and Sour Chicken over @docsavag.bsky.social garlic rice. 👩🏻🍳❤️👨🏻🍳

Last night the "Holiday" party was at a local rooftop spot. Yes, we live in Florida. Yes, it's usually warm and lovely for rooftops. However, yesterday it was windy and cold and it kept raining so we moved the party inside. But here's the view that I captured before we moved.

It's been a busy few days. I took a couple days off to take care of some doctor's appointments, including a diagnostic mammogram. The good news is that after 2 years everything is stable, so yay! Also got a flu shot...little run down.

We were at a resort for the holiday so we postponed our cooking until today. Turkey, my family recipe for dressing made with gluten free bread, Jerry's green beans with onion and almond slivers, and of course some Publix Cranberry relish (which I love) to round out the dinner plate. 🦃👨🏻🍳👩🏻🍳🍽️
