Black Rod?

I’ve been wanting to do something similar with ref to central govt - to try to:
- normalise / destigmatise wearing hearing aids (loads of people literally suffer in silence)
- generate/ normalise a checklist of reasonable adjustments for deaf(ish) people

Not sure there’s anything similar at the mo?
