Admirable, but why Holyrood? Surely Queen Elizabeth House in Edinburgh would be more appropriate being the "UK goverments flagship HUB" in Scotland.

UPDATE: We're thrilled Scottish Ministers have called in Stirling Council's decision on the proposed race track at Bannockburn after widespread objections. Thanks to everyone who voiced concerns! We hope the review leads to a refusal, to protect our heritage
