AVROTROS has confirmed that the EBU has postponed the meeting planned for November to determine whether Israel should participate in Eurovision 2026.

The vote will be held at their General Assembly held from December 4th-5th instead.

The just released Media Handbook confirms that only one press conference will be taking place with the winner this year at Eurovision. Daily media briefings at 1:30PM are happening.
Also the press conference room can only hold 200 journalists, while the press center holds 1000.

While everyone has been watching to see if TikTok returns to Eurovision as an official sponsor this year (prev years announced at 24MAR/4APR), I think this sure is an interesting follow. 👀
