Happened to a friend of mine. Smoked pot daily for years, he suddenly developed severe stomach pains that wouldn’t go away for weeks. Stopped as soon as he stopped smoking.
After 2 yrs he tried smoking again and immediately had severe stomach pain.
It is not common but it does happen.
