I find painting mindful and it refreshes my thinking. All so important for the day job ☺️

A key message is how we pay forward to those stepping onto the journey & I've contributed a few thoughts in the last chapter on how we share our privilege.
Supervisors & supervisees, I honestly think this is a great guide that's both practical & human.
