In Spain, nine out of ten #RomaEU children (89.1%) live in poverty. FSG’s director Sara Giménez: ‘The #EUChildGuarantee is the tool to combat this situation, and Roma children are one of the priority groups defined by it due to their particular vulnerability.’

In Collegno, we join the inauguration of a plaque honoring former settlement residents and meet beneficiaries of the rehousing project, who share experiences and recommendations with #EURomaNetwork members.

Day 1 of the #EURomaNetwork meeting in Turin, discussing the key aspects that make the Collegno case study relevant: partnership coordination, housing solutions, and social support for beneficiaries.

In 2024, with the campaign #NOTBackToSchool, we denounced the serious educational situation of #RomaEU students and called on public administrations to develop a plan with specific measures to ensure their educational success.
