This just spoke to me…so I’m sharing it here with you. This was the view from a training event and a friend sent me this poem on the same day. Coincidence? Not at all.

My act of resistance today…weekly food shopping at my favorite local, employee-owned grocery store. Put your money where your morals are.

I heard today, that our brains are not wired to consume the vast amount of tragedy and news we are currently exposed to. So here are some lovely tulips from my yard. Take a deep breath for every tulip in this picture before you move to the next post. You’re welcome.

It’s the last Wednesday of March and my tulips are in bloom. This is the positive I’m starting today with! What’s your positive?

We rescued this little pup. Her name is Boo. Our groomer gave her some pom poms and trimmed the hair out of her pretty eyes today. People who neglect animals piss me off. But now she’s found her forever home with us.
