While watching The Big Bang Theory… yep, Elon is not living in reality (Ketamine is a heck of a drug)

I set my PR in the Cowtown Marathon on Sunday. I’m not a fast running, but doing a 4 hour 51 minute marathon is a big deal for me.

I need to find more runners on here. I tried the New Balance Women's FuelCell SuperComp Elite V4 Running Shoe, and they are amazing! I like them more than the Nike Vaporfly, because they wear more like a shoe and are perfect for marathons.

My daughter got a black eye playing basketball yesterday. She is amazing!

Did my best marathon time this year for the Disney Dopey Challenge. My crazy training of 1:2 days half marathons since May paid off.
