Everyone’s experience is wildly different but for a positive share - I was induced and got an epidural and it only took 8 hours start of induction to birth and the epidural really made me feel fine and I was up and walking next day(in pain but like, bad period pain not horrible death pain).

I guess the muscles are just stronger which makes it harder for the body to relax into labor? Like they’re stiffer?

Ok but did you know more exercise actually makes delivery harder
