Today, on Trans Day of Remembrance, we remember the trans people whose lives were taken too soon. It is a day of loss, but it is also a reminder that every trans+ life holds meaning, not only in grand moments but in everyday interactions.

📢 The NHS is reviewing adult gender services - the Levy Review will shape the future of gender-affirming care in England.

This review could decide who gets access, what treatment is offered, and how HRT is prescribed.

We need a system that centres safety, dignity, and autonomy - not more barriers.
