Ape Escape 3 was massive, but it's an amazing game
PokePark was pretty big and pretty by the numbers
Minit's small but hard bc there's no map tracker lol

3 hour update: Ape Escape 3 expects some crazy logic without some gadgets, PokePark is baby mode and Minit hasn't done anything because I haven't found the sword.

extra funny because melee players are obsessed with gamecube controllers and a common issue with new OEMs is snapback like this causing undesired inputs

saw an early screening for a mystery movie that turned out to be Eternity

cool premise. not the sorta movie I'd choose to see which makes it all the more novel. tugs at the ol' heartstrings.

I don't know much about the second one but I was reminded of the first because the archipelago randomizer for it just got a huge update. ppl in that thread were saying it makes a better rando than 2 and I do love my randomizers......

don't have the time to write a full review but it was a lot more charming than I expected. objectively a baby game, but meeting it at its level and just enjoying the overworld and minigames was fun!

it's kinda impressive how many major titles I miss out on just because I don't wanna spend that kind of money. even a $40 game seems like too much of an investment nowadays.

been going through some jams from earlier this year... this one's kinda cool too. mellow.
