this just in: middle aged woman hates that younger women are bringing metal water bottles to yoga class because they fall over sometimes so she decides to become just completely anti-water
You may think I am against hydration. I am not. I know that drinking water is important to our health and survival. This is no joke: Recently, my mother nearly died from complications of dehydration-- I take it very seriously. But I also take my yoga practice seriously.
