How do we break a cycle where a driver keeps sending the bus into a ditch, another driver gets it out, and then the ditch driver retakes the wheel by criticizing the job the competent driver did, calling everybody on the bus names, and telling them that somebody is coming for their seat?

These are the thoughts that I now can’t pay anyone to listen too
I mean, are just fish self-selecting into a barrel?
Wait. So everybody here is getting out of a weird toxic relationship, and rebounding with this hot new thing that’s everything we liked about our ex, and nothing we didn’t? Yet we can’t find much info older than 6 months on the new thing? You all sure we’re not being catfished?
