Yea I’ve been saying that for a while, quality ball playing centre backs make a huge difference. As good as Schar and Burn have been defensively, Botman and Thaiw make a huge difference on the ball.

Our problem is the rules won’t let us compete. It all boils down to money. Anyone who thinks any different is deluded. We can’t afford to pay the big wages, simple as that. You can have the best scouts DOF etc, makes no difference unless you can pay the wages. We can afford but aren’t allowed.
