Dude I bet I realized a while ago WHY a good amount of our patients don’t like trying to talk to their pcp. They can barely get a hold of them every office either runs you through phone prompts or tells them to call us 😂. Mfs don’t wanna do nothing

Oh trust me i know, It’s my everyday lol. We have doctors that don’t do any of the calculations for anything they send in or telling pts things that are just straight up wrong among other things. It’s draining to say the least but there’s still some hope out there

Lot of your concerns with AI are things I think about very often being in medicine. Literally even right now one of the PharmD interns that frequent my place talks about how often AI is used and how encouraged it is and it explains a lot when I call offices and they’re confused about common stuff
