Ieri ho ripreso palestra con PT. Che fatica dopo diversi gg. Avevo fatto palestra io in Giappone ma non è la stessa cosa. Subito dopo ho fatto yoga dove ci ha fatto fare cose pesissime per arrivare alla posizione in basso della foto: corvo rovesciato.
