Are you familiar with the results of the 2024 ANES survey (electionstudies.org)? If you run variable V242067, "FOR WHOM DID R VOTE FOR PRESIDENT," on the data (sda.berkeley.edu/sdaweb/analy...) it appears to favor Kamala.

Attached is something I created with Texas data based one of ETA's analyst's work. It definitely looks like Harris votes were subtracted (blue) and added to Trump's (red).
