Guys, I think Pluey is the Deltarune chapter update system that Toby wants to put in the game,but i don't know

Seriously, I never understood why the Storyshift monsters hunt Frisk, Chara has the same soul and is a human.This doesn't make sense to me, and I decided to rework the Storyshift Chara concept, making them a monster and not a human roaming around monsters.
