Making a wooden gear appear as if it's a rusty old gear takes a little work, but it's worth the effort. Metal gears are heavy and hard to come by, but these are light weight...about the same as a typical picture frame. This makes them ideal for home decoration.

These are 3/4 thick gears. The largest gear is 12 inches and the smallest is about 4 inches. If you are looking for a stem class example or working with simple machines this is ideal. Readily available in three different configurations.

These small Gallic hearts with touch the hearts of your Irish charm. Cut from various types of hardwood they measure about 1 1/2 inch and are about 1/4 inch thick. These were designed and created for a gift store in Walllace, Idaho. A crafter's delight.

Here's one of our experiments: We tried automated cutting through Styrofoam using a superheated wire. We actually had to source the wire from our local Vape shop!

Reverse action compound gear. - note there are two levels of gears that spin in opposite directions. It adds a great optical effect to the finished gear wall.

This is how we get the magnetic backs for our gears ready for shipping. After embedding the magnets, we add an extra layer of thin wood over the top and sand the whole base until it becomes a single, seamless piece.

These Foundry Mold Replicas are 4 1/2 inches thick; They are made in much in the same way foundry molds are made, by laminating peaces of wood together, removing the glue and sanding them.

After cutting, our smaller gears are made with a "Machine-Free" assembly-line: Prepping, Sanding, Painting, Drying, Packing!

Our gears come in painted and unpainted versions. Our paint-ups aim for realistic tones: Copper, Iron and Steel! We even can simulate rust, wear and tear for that extra-authentic feel!

The largest hydraulic forging press in the world can press up to 60,000 tons. We'll just have to settle for our mountain of clamps to make our projects stay in place!
