On my way to the bookstore I noticed this vivid collection scattered in the gutter and I was struck by how these leaves seemed to bring beauty to any place they fell.

My favorite blueberry bush this season is this spicy bluecrop that took residence in the rows of jersey bushes and is absolutely thriving. I love coming across her every time I go picking.

Came across them in broad daylight & decided that I ought to stand guard to ward off the fascinated jays and crows.
Normally I’m not an absolute sucker for every snail I meet— but it’s Pride month and I can’t help but want to protect love in all its diversity.
