Finally back home since yesterday arvo. It’s been a ride, culminating with extremely bad treatment on the verge of abuse from a nurse on my last night at the hospital. Manager aware, but will definitely send in a proper complaint. People like her should never be working with weak people. Ever.

And we’re back in the ED… turns out the stomach pain wasn’t just blockage but actually my gallbladder that needs to be removed! Waiting for a room in surgical ward and hopefully surgery tomorrow afternoon or on Monday. Yay….

Had not seen the inside of an ED in over 6 months… and now, from the Fast Track bed, thanks to their pain meds, I can finally breathe without wanting to scream. Hopefully it was just an AS flare-up 🤞🏼

Another one of those nights where my #AnkylosingSpondylitis made sure I am fully aware that it’s part of my life… the back pain that radiates to the chest is always my worst reminder that I’ll never get rid of AS. 😞
