The first time I’ve touched my sketchbook in a month! Husband’s back at work, I’ve done a big walk, eaten a real meal and I’ve got a baby cam set up whilst I try to do some painting in my studio… waiting for something bad to happen. It can’t be this good so soon… #sketchbook #art #painting

These mental health walks are helping and taking a photo every other time is nice proof that I can go out the house without support. I’m really pushing myself to be a better person and work on my faults so I don’t accidentally teach the little one to mirror my insecurities #walking
