Trump also just posted these photos to Truth Social, including the one with Mamdani standing next to a portrait of FDR. Trump mentioned Mamdani asked if he could have his picture taken there.

So wild to have spent so much time going out of my way to control my language and contempt for figures like krauss and dj to make criticism palatable only to realize that there was simply not enough contempt we could have heaped on them at the time.

It’s like basically a cliche at this point, but a cold open of a creepy happening followed by everything being normal and people gaslighting the one person who is convinced there’s a problem. I love it so much.

It was the worst! And I was undiagnosed autistic, so even more confounded by the grossness of men and well intentioned adults being like you’re inappropriate for wearing (a normal kid thing that was tight or “revealing” because, you know). Like sorry my body exists I didn’t ask for that!

Yeah I have a lot of complicated feelings tied up in still at 41 wishing I didn’t have observable secondary sex characteristics because of what it meant to be a D cup at 10.

A lot of that punishment comes from people who are imperfectly trying to protect you. Some of it comes from people trying to protect these men from themselves. It’s not talked about all that much, but I think a lot of the teen girl ED culture stems from a yearning to return to an undesired body
