listen and care, wipe tears, wipe butts, try to find resources, work hard and long, learn as we go, and try to support our patients and each other, all in a world where no one seems to care about each other anymore… I am tired.

I will say this… I am at the point where if 1 more MBA/healthcare admin (who is NOT clinical) asks me “what do you do?”… I may just leave. Nurses do it all…

I try to find truth and reality in whatever I’m afraid of… break it down to manageable pieces. Then once I’ve done that, I’m better. I can deal with truth, even if unpleasant. The unknown terrifies me
