It saves you and Support time if you provide that information when you submit the ticket.

Obviously you can't provide photos/videos if you submit the ticket from the in-game support desk but you can if you do it through the website version (which is what I did)

I haven't gotten a response from Support BUT they're apparently already looking into it. So this is just a bit of a tip for when you submit a ticket.

Make sure to take notes about what you're experiencing, screenshot it if possible and go into your device settings to find out what your specs are!

Don't get me wrong there are people there who actually create there but you have no chance of being seen due to how many farm accs there are that get favoured by the algorithm due to engagement farming and the fact that every other day someone's being accused of something
