The problem with rail guns is naval artillery does not need that kind of muzzle velocity, and the problem with 3d printed guns is, real guns are so fucking cheap everywhere that isn't Myanmar.
As for over penetration, the new guns will be capable of firing high velocity and low velocity ammo.

And as I think we all know, legit businesses do not generally approach random strangers. They set up professional websites with client references & clearly stated services & offer multiple ways to contact them. If they're any good, they are not sliding into your mentions/DMs, asking dumb questions.
