Add water 2 inches above beans.Add to crockpot. Cover with water 2 inches above beans. Added couple globs of better than bouillon chicken. Cook on high for 4 hours. Once beans were soft. Added cubed sausage that i had heated up on stove to crockpot. Serve with rice.

I made an easy red beans and rice in crockpot with Domingo Rojo beans. It was amazing. Soak beans overnight in water with 1T of salt. Rinse. Add to crockpot with 2 onions and bunch of garlic, salt/pepper. I cooked onion/garlic until translucent on stove. Add to crockpot.
