Pre cvd then protocols/ staggered shifts implemented early pandemic bc they can’t all be out sick at once. Yet. With many retired or quit because of cvd brain fog (a big no no for atc) the workforce is already skeleton and they are letting them come in ill. Add in a shutdown …good luck flyin ya’ll.
