Sometimes, I go weeks without any sort of #amwriting ideas, and then I'm casually driving around, misread a sign, and have the plot basics in my head within 24 hours. I love being a #writer sometimes. #writingcommunity

Aaaand it's done! Man, I love the ending of this #WIP. This pass is complete which means she gets to nap until I come back to her in January. Hit the sweet spot I was aiming for at 93k and I could not be more happy. Sapphic immortals fill my heart with joy. #amwriting #writer #writingcommunity

Current project spans 52000 BCE - 2024 CE, dual POV, half love story (actually 30%), half heist. Current wordcount just inched over 90k, and I'm anticipating somewhere between there and 95k. Plus side, the timelines and braiding together in a lovely fashion. #amwriting #writingcommunity #writer

Success! Draft is officially complete. It's just under 88k, and I'm pretty dang pleased with that. Also, the ending had me going DAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW for about ten minutes. Hopefully that's a good thing. #amwriting #writingcommunity #writer

Hell yes! The love story section of the #WIP is coming along nicely. I was hoping this draft would be 90-95k, but I just hit 85 and I'm thinking it'll probably end 85-90. Still, I'm proud! About 75% of the way done with the love story! #amwriting #writingcommunity #writer

And the messy draft is done! 9k written today! I was hella worried about the ending, but the characters came through as they always do (and the end is SO SWEET). There are some pretty cool moments in there, I think. Anyway, first draft came to ~71k. #WIP #amwriting #writer #writingcommunity

A little over 10k on the #WIP today. Total wordcount is just over 60k. Quite the accomplishment! Even more so because I haven't had a drop of caffeine. I'm now going to go curl up in a ball and sleep for twelve hours. See y'all tomorrow! #amwriting #writingcommunity #writer

Took yesterday and today off from #amwriting to refill the well. Figured out how to make the final heist epic, named the casino, and brainstormed a bunch of stuff that's going to tie everything in a nice little bow. Breaks are good, y'all. #writingcommunity

The bad: my backyard is completely flooded and I am sick of adulting for possibly the rest of ever.

Super successful weekend. #WriteHiveLite was a ton of fun, and I got a ton of work done. Another 5k word day brings me up to more than 10k for the weekend and over 50k on this draft! Now I'm going to have a beer, watch a horror movie, and cuddle my dog. #amwriting #writingcommunity
