Things made mostly with salt

As part of my Iconomash exhibition, which uses publicly available 3D museum scans as raw material, this work applies musical sampling and remixing techniques to sculpture. This piece merges Praxitèle's Venus of Martres with an unknown sculptor's Jupiter with Lightning to create a new, unified work.

Reproduction of a "mask by which the sight is straightened" by Ambroise Paré (16th century).
The eyes are forced to align with the deep holes to correct strabismus.
