...the university to: (1) boost teaching and non-teaching productivity, (2) help school administrators create and implements policies, programs, and activities for a better university experience for the teaching and non-teaching personnel, and for the students as well.

but I will refuse to dance with their conservative choreography. Instead, I will do all that I can to advance more progressive, scientific, and mass-oriented academic activities and encourage other faculty members to follow this intellectual path.
