I'm a PhD student now so final exams don't happen for me much anymore but my go-to for studying/writing long essays effectively is setting a Pomodoro timer! Traditionally it's 25 minutes of unbroken work then 5 minutes of break time, but there are longer timers on YouTube (like 50/10)

My mom saw how sad I was with the package delay and dug through her cupboard to make me a homemade tea advent calendar ❤️

So for the first nine days I will also include her selections! Today - a favorite of ours. Red velvet chocolate Rooibos!
