That's nonsense. If a farmer dies and the land value has increased nit the farms' income, then iht is due, and the only way to pay it is to sell farmland. Some families have farmed land for 100s of years

Just because the value of the land increases does not mean farmers are getting more money. That's like saying someone who moved into a council house 30 years ago is now rich because the value has tripled.
