I love my team dont get me wrong, i just need people who are motivated by money 😭

I only have one person working tomorrow out of my team and im dyiiiiing im getting so much pressure from higher ups

And then like most of my team is like yeah i dont feel like coming in today, or i need tomorrow one of our busiest days off. And then im like left with one employee and im like 😭

Im like hey guys! Our numbers are bad! We need to get more numbers! Ill recognize you for hard work and give you extra money! Literally throwing 20-50$ spiffs at peeps. Like this job my employees can literally make more in commission than me if they tried.
