This is exactly it. They hired real voice actors and they agreed to their voices being used and they were paid for it. Some of the lines in the game are actually fully voiced and not generated as well.

People complaining that they should hire real voice actors when they did. For every voice.

I will say they are not using Generative AI for voice acting. They are using older tech to synthesize voices using TTS similar to Siri from Apple devices. They hired actors to create the voices, and the actors agreed to how they were being used.

The AI disclosure doesn't mean it's the bad AI.
