Pretty sad. Did a van tour around Te Waipounamu mid-70s, and you could reach the base on the flat, which looked something like this, I remember that ice "cave" - from westcoast.recollect.co.nz/nodes/view/2... - all my film photos from then have been lost after so many moves.
