Watched The Elephant Man not so long and was honestly pretty underwhelmed by it. The way people talk about it being an emotional wreck experience... I expected something akin to Grave of the Fireflies at least, but it was just sort of run of the mill sentimentality.

Finally done with prep for KH3.
I'm somewhat grateful to Nomura because I did think of doing a complete Disney/Pixar marathon at some point and now I know It's gonna be a complete chore. Best thing I got out of this batch is finally giving Toy Story 3 a chance.

Not sure how to feel about Frozen.
It has good elements but I also feel it became as big as it did mostly because it's a definition of ADHD cinema. Like it's afraid to loose kids' attention even for a second.

Wanted to rewatch all Pixar/Disney stuff relevant for KH3 (haven't seen Frozen, Tangled, etc.) but Toy Story 4 really burned me out on anything Pixar. Such a terrible film.

I liked JK Simmons as a good voice actor just about everywhere but his performance as Omniman is weirdly flat whenever I hear it. Not sure if it’s shit direction or he’s just getting too old for this shit.

Epilogue portion of finale is what doesn't work for me the most. Hotaro creating a new planet out of nowhere is dumb but at that point I don't know how they'd have resolved the story otherwise with Glion being so OP. If show haven't set up anything in advance, it's stupid to expect it to start now.
