oh, you can also add frozen country fried potatos and even bacon if you want to add some carb/fat to the burritos! I've even added avocado, and it was so extremely creamy and delicious. expensive though 🤣

it really is. The peppers and onions get that nice sear on them from the fat from the sausage. I'll use a paper towel to remove some of the fat but leave a little to scramble the eggs in. I'll kill the heat, season the eggs, top with cheese n cover with a lid. add to a warm tortilla, add salsa. 🤤 🤤
