These are the types of reasons America chose not to let itself be part of the International Court system. The only way our leaders can be tried before them at this point is how we got the Nazis: the rest of the world gangs up and beats us in a World War.

Funniest thing with this episode is this literally is supposed to be "Cthulhu", but the person in charge of the titles didn't catch the reference and thought the name was a typo, causing them to add the "a" in the name.
