Are we at cross-purposes? Khamûl is the only one named of the Nine (albeit revealed postumously), as mentioned by another contributor in the thread. I haven't added any, nor would.

A list of the Kings and Queens of Númenor was published in Tolkien's lifetime, in Appendix A of LotR, if that's the list we're talking about.

The Witch-king fits the bill here. He was of Númenórean descent, became a Nazgûl and later dominated the various bits and pieces of Arnor from his kingdom up in Angmar.

Yep, kings of men. Warriors and sorcerors of old amongst them too. But not kings of Númenóreans. That king list is firmly established.

Three of them were of Númenórean descent. None of them were ever described as kings or princes of the Númenóreans though.
