Things I’ve reminded myself over the past week/half:
- good leaders rarely take credit for wins, they praise their team for their hard work
- others’ lack of planning ain’t my emergency
- Lumos is only 10 months, & will always be a puppy
- you don’t have to attend every fight you’re invited to

I have finally hit the “I have no idea what the youths are talking about” stage of adulthood.

One of my favorite things about my dog trainer is that he clocked me “not speaking up” — something that I don’t really do outside of work (crazy IK)
And he’s been helping me speak up for my doggos. Considering my puppy is a monthly little gremlin, he doesn’t do well with people trying to pet him.

My favorite part of dog training is when I get to sit in the park with my puppy and just watch him experience the world.
My least favorite part is not being able to breath out of my nose the next day bc we live in NoVA and the trees are having sex.
