FYI - I did try to contact our NEH grants manager and received an email response stating that she is on administrative leave and not able to reply to email. How DOGE is able to get away with this is beyond anything comprehendible!!

Thank you so much for your reply. I have not received an email from DOGE rescinding the grant. I received the award in August 2024, and the institute was suppose to take place summer 2025. It’s outrageous that it is cancelled and even more so that there is no transparency or clear communication.

I received an ambiguous email from the NEH on April 3, that the professional development grants were rescinded do to DOGE. Where or how can I find out if my k-12 educator summer institute was affected?
