I would have to say Huatulco for the beach in the winter. It's gorgeous & the whales are there.
I've also been to Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta, but mostly to Cancun & Riviera Maya. I've taken a lot of groups to all destinations.
Was in Huatulco when Covid broke. They were all drunk, so didn't know. 😜
