The more I write hypnosmut, the more I realize the "spiral sentence"--the run-on sentence representing a sub's melty train of thought--is just a lazy way of listing a bunch of hot things we don't know how else to pace into the story.

I also think it's the best device for accomplishing that, though?

Anyways, I didn't bake anything interesting this year. Mainly just an apple pie and a pumpkin pie! And cranberry sauce with chopped-up satsuma peel, but that's offscreen.

Very by-the-numbers, but I'm pleased.

It's a bit messy, with the crust crumbling in places and some liquidiness.
