So, it was me and Arf's anniversary the other day. He's usually busy with work stuff, so instead, belated anniversary 3 hr Slow Roast Pork Belly dinner, topped with a side of Apple Sauce, Pork Fat Gravy; served with a side of assorted pan-fried veggies and waffle fries!
