Wrote this for Volume 3 of @invinciblezine.bsky.social's horror/angst zine, Calamity's Advent.
Really fun character to write. My original idea for this piece would focus more on the direct effects an adult thanatophage has on the local human population,

I started writing this, had the thought "this would be more fun to write if it were a story", started writing *that* instead, got stuck a few chapters in, came back to this after a few years and finished it, and now I kinda want to go back and finish the story.

Astute viewers may have noticed that this is the piece I alluded to in my comments for Memories Drawn in the Sand. This is a little-known literary technique called "foreshadowing", where objects closer to the camera appear larger. Be sure to use it in your next piece to excite and wow your readers!

I don't have a whole lot for them publicly available anymore, but it's hard to say Giffghis isn't my main pairing. This piece is short, sweet, and to the point (which is to its benefit, of course), but I have some longer ones in mind that might see the light of day sometime this decade :P

I like Frey. Wish he wasn't the canon sacrifice but it gave me enough material to write this so it's not all bad👍

I heard they changed how Ymir looks again when they added him to Heroes. It's bad enough that his ingame and promo art only vaguely remember each other, so I hope it's not too different
