-Post-timeskip Amethio is everything I wanted and I love his design... He looks so much more like young Gibeon now I'm so happy
-Sad about Ame's family. There was an official tweet that said those photos were taken on their one and only family vacation :(

I really really want Amethio to get to talk to his mother at the crystal pool.... I want her to look at Amethio and smile and say "Look at how big and handsome you've gotten! And those passionate eyes... they remind me of your grandfather's" or something along those lines

I know it's forced but I do like that Liko's Carbou is interested in the one in Amethio's childhood photos and presumably then wants to go and track it down... I'm sure it gets told that Carbou's now a Soublades but I think it's cute that Pokemon recognise others in their species

HZ fanfic idea: Once the RVTs have rescued both Amethio and Friede, they all head to Kumuri Town to get more info out of the old woman who remembers Gibeon because Friede has learnt (somehow) that Spinel's operating out of that base.

Imo post-timeskip Amethio is 15 or 16 but Pokemon character ages never make any sense so I have no idea at this point
He could be anywhere from 14 to 18 and I don't think we'll ever know exactly how old they're wanting him to be (other than that he's a teenager)

-Age gap m/m ship that is questionable but ultimately fun and would be the younger guy pursuing the older guy (who would be very concerned but also flattered)
