Also, I love this scene of Wolverine and Deadpool (somewhat) bonding over their parenthood. This perfectly sums up the “wholesomeness” factor of this comic to a tee, and by extension, everything I have loved about your run this past year. Excelsior! (Part 3 of 3)

I’m not complaining in any way; I’m just asking. I would’ve expected a moment of realization moment. Like Ellie has listened to her dad’s 4th wall breaks confused, and finally being able to break it herself, I would’ve thought she would think, “it all makes sense now.” (Part 2 of 3)

I got the Vol. 1 trade awhile ago, and I honestly think it’s pretty sweet. I think it’s cool to see Batman think outside the box when it comes to making his gadgets and gizmos without the wealth of resources he would have otherwise. I doubt it’ll be my all time favorite, but it’s cool nonetheless.

I mean, saying “Superman is an alien, not an immigrant,” is like saying, “this is not an Orange, it’s a citrus.” They’re the same thing.

All I have left to say apart from this being one of my favorite comics I’ve read is that whoever takes up the mantle of Deadpool writer after Cody, if they DARE lay a finger on my beloved Princess, I WILL RIOT!!!!

Wholesome for a Deadpool comic, what with its mixture of typical Deadpool humor with the heartwarming chemistry between Wade and his daughters, Princess and Ellie. Also, I love seeing Wade and Ellie taking names and kicking butt together.

As much as I love sitcoms, I just can’t see it working in the context of the generally serious Star Wars universe. Having a sitcom is basically the modern equivalent to that weird cooking show from the Star Wars Holiday Special.

This issue, along with this entire series as a whole has been an absolute delight, and I’ve loved every second of it. I never would’ve thought this would be one of my favorite comics, but it always brings me joy, which I definitely find myself needing a lot of these days.

The soundtrack for “The Acolyte” is insanely underrated. Congrats to them for winning this prestigious accolade.
